LaDawn Black, a native of Washington, DC, is a relationship expert, author, radio host and television personality. Back in 2003 LaDawn took on the challenge of finally getting out of her comfort zone as a marketing professional and pursuing her dream of writing. Her first book Stripped Bare was self-published and LaDawn hoped that 50 of her friends and family would buy it. To her surprise more than 25,000 people purchased the book in about 10 months and a new voice in relationships was born!
Five nights a week LaDawn is the host of Baltimore’s #1 radio relationship show, The Love Zone on 92Q (92.3FM). Black is the author of two top-selling relationship guides: Stripped Bare: The 12 Truths That Will Help You Land the Very Best Black Man(One World/Ballantine) and Let’s Get It On: 15 Hot Tips and Tricks to Spice Up Your Sex Life (One World/Ballantine). Black’s latest book and her first novel, TEASE: Steamy Short Stories (One World/ Ballantine), was published in August 2009.
